1. What PROPAIOS Is

PROPAIOS is an AI assistant and operating support tool for car rental businesses. It helps business owners and their teams handle customer enquiries, collect booking details, gather required documents, and prepare booking information for host review — all through WhatsApp.

PROPAIOS is a support tool. It does not replace human judgement, legal agreements, or the responsibilities of the host or business owner.

2. Host Responsibilities

Hosts and business owners using PROPAIOS remain fully responsible for:

Final booking approval or rejection
Payment confirmation and collection
Customer identity verification
Rental agreement and documentation
Vehicle handover and inspection
Compliance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations

PROPAIOS prepares and forwards information — the host makes the final call.

3. What PROPAIOS Does Not Guarantee

Booking conversion or customer commitment
Customer payment or creditworthiness
Vehicle availability at time of booking
Customer behaviour during or after rental
Accuracy of information provided by the host or customer

4. Early Access

PROPAIOS is currently in Early Access. Features, pricing, and policies may change as the product improves. Subscribers will be informed of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.

ⓘ Early Access subscription fee: RM99/month (base fee, unless stated otherwise in your agreement with PROPAIOS admin).

5. Partner Commission

For approved PROPAIOS Partners, commission is calculated as follows:

Rate: 30% from the base monthly subscription fee only
Excluded: setup fees, WhatsApp/API charges, taxes, refunds, custom development work, and third-party costs
Approval: commission is subject to admin review before payout
Payout: timing and method confirmed by PROPAIOS admin

Commission is not paid automatically. Admin reviews and approves each payout cycle.

6. Third-Party Dependencies

PROPAIOS relies on third-party services to operate, including but not limited to:

WhatsApp and Meta (customer messaging)
Twilio (WhatsApp Business API)
OpenAI (AI language processing)
Telegram (host/admin notifications)
Hosting and infrastructure providers

Availability of PROPAIOS may be affected by these third-party services. PROPAIOS is not liable for disruptions caused by external providers.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use PROPAIOS for:

Fraudulent bookings or misrepresentation of vehicles/services
Spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging
Illegal rental activity or circumvention of Malaysian road transport laws
Abuse of customer data collected through the platform
Sharing access credentials with unauthorised parties

8. Suspension & Termination

PROPAIOS may suspend or terminate access for:

Non-payment of subscription
Misuse or prohibited activity
Security risk to the platform or its users
Repeated or serious violations of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROPAIOS is not liable for losses, disputes, or damages arising from use of the platform, actions of hosts or customers, third-party service failures, or reliance on AI-generated content without human review.
