Affiliates earn 30% commission from the base monthly subscription fee for each successful paid referral. Commission applies only to subscription fees actually received by PROPAIOS and excludes setup fees, WhatsApp/API charges, taxes, refunds, discounts, custom work, and third-party costs. Commission is subject to referral verification, customer payment confirmation, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
The PROPAIOS Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring new paying customers to PROPAIOS.
By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Affiliates earn 30% commission from the base monthly subscription fee paid by each successfully referred customer.
Commission is calculated only on the subscription fee actually received by PROPAIOS.
The base monthly subscription fee is currently RM99/month (Early Access pricing). This figure may change if PROPAIOS updates its subscription pricing. At the current rate, the commission per active referred subscriber is RM29.70/month.
Commission is only earned by approved affiliates with an active referral code. No commission accrues before affiliate approval is confirmed.
A referral is considered successful only when all of the following conditions are met:
PROPAIOS reserves the right to verify all referrals before approving commission.
Referral Attribution: If more than one affiliate claims commission for the same customer, PROPAIOS will make the final determination based on referral code or link records, signup timestamp, payment records, and internal review. Only one affiliate may receive commission per referred customer.
Commission will be calculated based on confirmed paid subscription revenue. Affiliate payouts may be made monthly, subject to internal verification and minimum payout requirements.
Payouts are made manually by bank transfer or another method approved by PROPAIOS. PROPAIOS may set a minimum payout amount before releasing commission.
PROPAIOS may delay, adjust, or withhold commission if:
If a referred customer receives a refund, cancels their subscription, or reverses payment, the related commission will not be payable.
If commission has already been paid, PROPAIOS may deduct the amount from future affiliate payouts.
Affiliates are not allowed to refer themselves, their own business, duplicate accounts, or accounts created mainly to earn commission.
Self-referrals and suspicious referrals may be rejected without payment.
Affiliates must promote PROPAIOS honestly and professionally. Affiliates must not:
Affiliates may only use approved promotional materials or accurate publicly available information.
Customers referred to PROPAIOS become customers of PROPAIOS. PROPAIOS is responsible for managing subscriptions, billing, system access, support, and customer account status.
The affiliate has no authority to collect payments on behalf of PROPAIOS unless expressly authorized in writing.
Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on commission received.
PROPAIOS may request payment details, identity verification, business information, or tax-related information before releasing commission.
Joining the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship with PROPAIOS.
Affiliates act as independent promoters only.
PROPAIOS may update the Affiliate Program, commission rate, payout schedule, eligibility rules, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
PROPAIOS may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if the affiliate:
Upon termination, unpaid commission may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach, fraud, or misconduct.
PROPAIOS reserves the right to make the final decision on referral validity, commission eligibility, payout approval, and affiliate account status.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
